In-store looks like $6.45/ounce (just checked right now by someone I know shopping at the store right now) and online $7.10/ounce for the Costco Kirkland Aller-flo.

The Amazon Sensimist looks like $20.32/ounce.

So, Costco generic better on price per ounce. Sensimist dosage (less per spray/need more frequency) is different also. Some people might like the taste/delivery mechanism better than Aller-flo.

Ear, Nose, Throat doctor said the Aller-flo is same as Flonase and said could use either one.

It has virtually no smell to it, unlike the very chemically smell that Costco Flonase has. Which is nice, however it's hard to tell if it's actually spraying. Another issue I've had (I live in a very dry climate) is this has dried my sinuses up significantly and caused it to be bloody when I blow my nose.

They're both steroids. Have you tried Astepro? It's steroid free. Wondering if it works as well.

This new type is superior to the old stuff. Flonase is for people with allergies to pollen- I think I'm allergic to the smell of the old stuff!
