I have both and I prefer the Costco ones. They don't leave any cloth residue behind after wiping, bigger and definitely clean better. Plus in-store they are $13.99 right now.
Don't forget to bring a towel!!
One note, the Kirkland brand is not 100% microfiber. It's 80% polyester - 20% polyamide

Regarding the deal, these are way better than the HF red towels, but they definitely do drop some lint if you use the fuzzy side for things. I'll be checking out the kirklands mentioned above since I'm a costco member, thanks to those posters. Also yeah this is within a buck or two of what I feel like they've always been.
