    I think this refers to looking like something that is so goofy that you'd have to have an excuse (like it having motorcycle padding) to wear it. Best I can tell, it doesn't actually include any padding, so it is not appropriate for use as a motorcycle jacket, at least in the sense that most motorcycle jackets work. Honestly, if it had padding, I'd probably get it even though it looks super weird.
