Real duct tape in the $10+~ per roll range is simply on a different level, this is pretend.
It has a "returned often" warning for a reason, and it has nothing to do with where its made, you don't get something for nothing.
Even on the label it says "3M Stationary and Office Supplies Division": so I don't imagine it's heavy duty at all. Would use it only for interiors or non-wear surfaces.

Its plastic tape with a few token threads, I have both the good stuff and this stuff.
It was 1.88 before from officemax or something like that, I bought a couple rolls.
Perhaps if you don't understand the difference because you've never tried better, go buy a roll of heavy duty 3m, just go by the price of over $10 as I said, or gorilla tape. Real stuff is tough to even peel off the roll.
real tape costs money, is much stronger, and doesn't degrade and leave a mess.

People buy duct tape and expect it can repair things, I was just warning against that.
Its more like a way to high vis mark something quickly than tape tape.
