I don't see a bargain in the end. Good price points/bargains for K-cups is $0.25 each or less. Even after the rewards (allowing for full cash value of them--thats a stretch!) you are close to $0.34 each. Staples brand is of course close to $0.27 after rewards in your example.

Maybe I am missing something.
