it means that if you were expecting these to be potato chips, like what Pringles are known to be, they are not they are more like corn chips since corn is the first ingredient and vegetable oil is the second ingredient and potato flour is the third ingredient. that means that there's more vegetable oil in the chip then potato flour. in my book that would not qualify this as a potato chip. it would qualify as a corn chip. so if you were expecting potato chips, you're really getting corn chips.
